1.5 Users represent and warrant that they: a) Have not been previously suspended or banned from the site by Perfect Iceland. b) Are not direct competitors of Perfect Iceland. c) Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms of Service without violating any other agreements.
1.6 Permission to use the site is granted subject to these Terms & Conditions. Users may encounter content they find offensive, indecent, or inaccurate. Perfect Iceland does not endorse such content and cannot guarantee its accuracy, meaning users access and use the site at their own risk.
1.7 Users may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, or otherwise use content owned by Perfect Iceland (including text, images, URLs, and pricing information) for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Perfect Iceland.
2.1 Perfect Iceland does not operate tours or activities directly but connects users with operators and service providers in Iceland. It does not charge users any fees and, therefore, is not liable for accidents, injuries, losses, death, damages, delays, or expenses caused by the operator, guide, or their services.
2.3 Users are advised to read the terms and conditions of each tour operator carefully, as these may vary. Details are provided in the email voucher received upon booking.
3.2 Perfect Iceland is not responsible for changes made by suppliers and service providers to tour dates, prices, inclusions, coverage, or age requirements for tours it does not directly operate.
3.4 Prices are based on local tariffs at the time of quoting, with currency conversions made at the prevailing exchange rate. Prices are subject to change without notice until bookings are confirmed.
3.5 Unless specified otherwise, prices do not include local taxes, use fees, port charges, park fees, or any other charges such as customs, immigration, or passenger facility fees.
3.6 Prices exclude gratuities to guides and drivers, passport and visa fees, insurance, personal items, parking fees, and any food or beverages not specifically included in the package.
4.1 All-In-One Holiday Private tours and Self-Drive tours arranged by Perfect Iceland come with a customized itinerary overseen by an agent.
4.2 Tours planned by other operators, even if listed on the website, are not considered All-In-One Holiday Private tours and may have different terms.
4.3 International flights are not included in Perfect Iceland’s All-In-One Holiday Private or Self-Drive tours unless specifically stated.
4.4 Accommodation arrangements for All-In-One Holiday Private tours and Self-Drive tours are based on the group size and type of accommodation selected, with special considerations for children and teens.
4.5 Changes to bookings can be made but may incur additional costs. Changes requested within 48 hours of arrival cannot be accommodated.
4.6 In the event of road closures or force majeure, Perfect Iceland will make every effort to reroute or reschedule tours and assist with cancellations where applicable.
5.1 Perfect Iceland offers flexible cancellation policies for bookings affected by COVID-19.
5.2 Day tours, activities, and car rentals can be canceled up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund.
5.3 For partial cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, users are entitled to partial refunds, with price adjustments for substituted activities.
5.4 All-In-One Holiday Private tours and Self-Drive tours can be canceled up to 7 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable.
5.5 Changes to bookings may incur additional fees, especially if the changes involve substantial rerouting or rebooking of services.
5.6 In case of weather-related cancellations by the tour provider, users are entitled to a full refund.
6.1 Prices are displayed in USD, EUR, GBP, and ISK, and payments will be charged in ISK based on the live exchange rate. Refunds will also be processed in ISK.
6.2 Perfect Iceland does not charge booking fees but is not responsible for currency exchange losses or third-party transaction fees.
6.3 Group bookings of 10 or more people require a 15% deposit, with full payment due 30 days before the tour.
6.4 For reservations over 300,000 ISK, users may contact Perfect Iceland to arrange a 50% deposit.
6.5 Payment can be split between multiple credit cards, or made via bank transfers.
7.1 Perfect Iceland is not liable for any accidents, injuries, losses, or sicknesses during tours, nor for any changes in schedules due to weather or unforeseen events.
7.2 Tour operators may adjust routes and schedules due to road conditions or other reasons. Users are advised to have travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
